Introducing the ASLmods Billet Aluminium Valve Cover, engineered from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminium to replace the weak, failure-prone factory plastic valve cover found on BMW M57 engines. Designed, machined, and tested in Perth, this cover provides superior sealing, strength, and functionality—especially for high-boost and conversion builds.
Unlike OEM covers, our design ensures consistent sealing where the intake manifold runners pass through the valve cover, preventing the common boost leaks seen on tuned M57 engines.
