The Gigglepin Brake Pawl Stop is a simple but critical upgrade designed to protect the brake system on high-speed Warn 8274 and Gigglepin winches.
When running +50% gearing or competition setups, brake components cycle faster and under greater load. Without a stop in place, the brake pawl can over-rotate, increasing wear and causing unnecessary impact against the grease nipple.
This precision-machined stainless steel component prevents over-travel, helping to:
