An absolute necessity on all raised 4WDs is the Adjustable Panhard Rod. Designed to correct axle alignment, the fitment of an Adjustable Panhard rod eliminates potential contact between tyre & body & improves handling issues on vehicles lifted 2" & above.
All Roadsafe Adjustable Panhard Rods are heavy duty, single thread off car adjustable & come complete with bushings & steering damper mounting brackets where applicable.
The majority of Roadsafe Adjustable Panhards now come standard with high flex rubber bushings. This has been a gradual change based on customer demand. Our Roadsafe rubber bushings bring the factory ride feel to the upgraded replacement Adjustable Panhard rods. The high flex Roadsafe rubber bushings offer less noise, vibration & harshness over the polyurethane bushings for panhard applications.
Roadsafe Rubber & Urethane bushings are the same dimensions as the factory original, so all rods are manufactured to factory bush specifications. Bushing replacement if required is easy, just use the factory original or aftermarket.
Design changes over time have seen the implementation of double nuts for extra security, 150mm of adjustment to suit 2-6" lifts & fine 2.0mm pitch thread for finer adjustability.

It's only a matter of time for any vehicle that is used for serious off-road work that the factory panhard will break or bend.
